What is Lexi's Charmed Spin Offs?

This is a forum where you can find various fanfiction ideas about Charmed.

This all started from an idea that I had during season 6 of Charmed, although wasn't written until the end of season 8, based around the children of The Charmed Ones. Over time, other ideas have come to light and also other members of staff have had ideas of their own, one of which became a highlighted show in the Box Office.

This forum also hosts discussions not just about Charmed but other TV shows past and present.

How can I become a member?

It's free and simple to become a member of the board. All you need to do is click register, fill in your information and submit the form.

After that, you can join in with the games, discussions and read the shows however much you like.

All the information you provide will remaining private, so there is no need to worry about that.

Can I change my username?

You can change what your display name is simply by clicking on the Profile link and then 'modify profile', but when you log in, you will still need the username you originally registered with.

Can I change my password?

Yes. You can do this by clicking on the Profile link and then 'modify profile'. You will need to type in your new password and a confirmation of this.

Can I change my Avatar or Signature?

Again, yes. You can do this again by clicking the 'modify profile' in the Profile link.

However, before changing your avatar and signature, please check the Board Rules.

How do I post a new topic?

Go into the board that you want to post the topic in - please make sure that the topic belongs there in accordance with the Board Rules. You will see a link titled 'Make New Topic', simply click this.

There you can type the message you want and then just click 'Post Message'.

If you do not see the 'Make New Topic' link, it means you are not allowed to post a topic in that board.

How do I reply to a topic?

Go into the topic that you want to reply to and click the link titled 'reply'. Then, like posting a new topic, type the message and then click 'Post Message'.

Can I edit my posts?

Yes - and this is something that you should do rather than double post. Check the Board Rules about double posting.

To edit your posts, simply click the 'Modify' link on the post you want to edit and then you can make the changes and click 'Modify Post'.

What does Double Posting mean?

This is when you make a post and then you make another post afterwards.

There are rules about this - please read the Board Rules.

If you are unsure, please do not double post. Either edit your previous post or wait until someone else has posted.

Where can I read the shows?

This board has gone under some reconstruction over the time it has been open due to shows being released and the coming to an end.

The original shows - Progeny and Angels and Demons, written by Lexi, and Bewitched, written by Matthew - are still viewable. They can be found in the 'TV Repeats' section - after all, all shows are shown on repeats.

The new shows will be aired in the Box Office. Progeny: Angels and Demons will begin airing on 31st Oct 2010 while the date for Chosen is still to be decided as it is still in the writing stages.

To make it super easy to find the show that you want to read, the menu at the top has links to the episodes. They will all take you to their respective boards with the episodes so you can decide which episode to read.

What is the difference between Progeny, Angels and Demons and Progeny: Angels and Demons?

Progeny is the beginning of all of this. It is the first show idea that I had and will always be something close to me as it will always be a reminder of how my writing has grown over time. It is set in San Francisco, California, is 2027 and set around the children of The Charmed Ones. It starts off mainly about Piper and Leo's three children but eventually brings in their cousins.

Angels and Demons was my second idea. It is set in Miami, Florida, in 2029 and set around the children of The Charmed Ones. This story also includes the half-Manticore baby from Charmed Season 6.

Progeny: Angels and Demons is a whole new show based around Progeny and Angels and Demons. It takes the best parts of the two shows and makes them even better. Some of the storylines and characters you'll recognised from the original shows but there are others that are completely new and some that have been twisted to create more drama. It is set in both San Francisco, California and Miami, Florida in 2030 - the city depends on which storyline each episode is based on.

What is Bewitched about?

Bewitched is a story written by Matthew. He came up with the idea of a fanfiction surrounding Wyatt and Chris Halliwell and how they deal with their normal lives mixed with demons and magic.

It's not all about vanquishing demons, this one adds the comedy of spells going wrong, nosey neighbours and much much more.

What is Chosen?

This is a show that will start off with a rewrite of Season 6 of Charmed. Some of it will be similar to the original episodes but some will be completely different. Storylines will also change dramatically.

This will lead into a spin-off based around Phoebe's three daughters who are destined to be Charmed.

Are any of these real shows?

No, none of the shows on here are real. They are all written for pure fun. No money is made from these shows and we credit all original ideas and creations to their writers and producers.

When will the shows be updated

As Progeny, Angels and Demons and Bewitched have come to an end they will no longer be updated.

Progeny: Angels and Demons will be updated every other day from the 31st Oct 2010 at 5pm (GMT). There will be a week long break between episodes 11 and 12. Currently, there is a month long break between seasons 1 and 2 - however that may be changed closer to the time.

The release shedule for Chosen is still to be decided when it is ready to air.

How many episodes will there be to each season of the new shows?

There will be 22 episodes for each season of both Progeny: Angels and Demons and Chosen.

Where can I leave reviews about the shows?

There is a board titled Comments. In there will be threads for each show, you can leave reviews for the shows in their respective threads.

Can I make suggestions for the shows?

Yes, I always welcome suggestions from readers - however please remember that the shows have been planned out in advanced and so all suggestions may not be used as they may not fit what happens in later episodes. However, if I do like the suggestions, I may find a way to tweak them to fit the episode ideas.

Each of the new shows will have their own catagory where the character bios, episode guides, artwork, etc. can be found. There will be a board there for suggestions.

I have a theory about one of your shows. Can I start a discussion about it?

Yes, of course you can.

So you think a good character may really be evil, or that something will happen somewhere along the storyline? I'd love to read what you think and I'm sure others will too.

There will be a thread in each of the show catagories for you to do this.

I don't know the name of the actor you've chosen for a character, can I find out what he/she looks like?

Yes, there are character boards in each of the show catagories. All named actors for each episode will be placed in here with a picture so you can see what they look like and whether they fit the description you have in your head from the writing
