Hi everyone,
I sent a message out last week (Monday, I think) to say that I'd finished off the parts of the role play section so it was open. Unfortunately, I've had one application for characters. I'd love to see more because I really want to see what you can come up with for P:A&D
This DOES NOT need to follow the scripts at all. The only thing that I have followed is that Pru, Patti and Holly are now The Power of Three Cousins. What you do with the rest of it - such as whether Ebony turns out to be good or evil or whether Wyatt changes sides - is completely up to you! Why not show me how you wanted P:A&D to turn out?
I have started advertising the new board, which some of you may have noticed. This is just to get more interest. I'm just opening the section up for character applications first and once enough canons have been taken - and maybe some original characters - the whole thing can start.
What are you waiting for? Change the story today!

Hi everyone, I decided that an update was in order - I like to keep you all updated with what's going on. So far, there's only been two people who have reserved characters on the RPG. I've got to be honest that I'm a little disappointed after the amount of people who said that they wanted an RPG to take place. Progeny: Angels and Demons is still being written. I'm onto episode 18 in draft and will hopefully have that done by the end of the weekend and possibly episode 19 started. As a small spoiler, the episodes are getting very emotional now so they will need to go through a few drafts to get them just right but I'm hoping that these episodes will show just how close the Progeny are... Thank you to all those who have stuck around during this time. Now that I seem to have gotten some type of pattern sorted with work, life and writing, I'm hoping that I can keep it up to make sure there isn't as much of a break for season 3 (yes, there will be a season 3 - that one can be confirmed). I really don't like this long break but real life does have to come first, otherwise I wouldn't have the money to run a computer, write and post Take care everyone, Lexi

Hi everyone,
I thought it was time for a new update.
There's been hardly any interest in the RPG since putting it up and I'm really disappointed, especially since I thought this was what you all wanted as well as new episodes. It can't get going with just two people so if you want to see it getting into action then apply!
As for the show, I am now onto episode 21 in rough draft and slowly getting through the beginning of the series in a final draft form. I'm concentrating on getting the initial writing of episodes 21 and 22 done first though since that is generally harder than putting everything into a draft ready for airing.
I am also working on a new skin for the second season, which will be released once I have gotten through the rough draft of all episodes (so hopefully over the next couple of weeks). The skin will give some ideas of what is to come over the next season and the new characters. I'm also arranging with Chloe to organise another "interview" with yours truly which may give away some other spoilers. Again, that is going to be done after the rough drafts and then you can all speculate over season 2 of P:A&D.
Look forward to seeing some more applications in the RPG section.

Hey everyone,
I have some great news!!! Season 2 has now been completed in rough draft. It is now with the betas, who will hopefully work their magic and fix any minor issues and continuity problems in the episodes. There have been some in the earlier episodes but hopefully all major issues are fix and it will just require small tweaks here and there. I really want to get this aired soon and will hopefully have something for you in the next couple of months!
I'm going to be going away from the computer for the next week but I did say that I would share a new skin. That will be posted up sometime between tomorrow and Saturday afternoon - I need to make a few changes to the background for the skin. That will give a couple of spoilers away for some new faces on the show. I am also working with Chloe to have an interview put together, which will also give away from spoilers for the season (not too many but some that will hopefully get you interested in what is coming up).
I am very sorry that this has taken so long but I have always said that this will never be cancelled. While airing season 2, the episode guide for season 3 will be fine tuned and I will be able to get that written (at least in rough).
Thank you all for your patience in this!

So, the new skin is now up. It's called P:A&D Season 2. Why not take a look and see what you think? Do you have any speculations on the new family that have been added onto the background? What do you think will happen this season now that Patti is gone?
I am going to be away from this afternoon until around the 15th April. If you do have any questions then please contact any of the other members of staff - someone will try to answer as soon as possible. Thanks!

Hi all,
Another update but there's not too much I can tell you yet. There's no definite date for Progeny: Angels and Demons to be released but I can say that the first half of the season is going through is second and final drafts. Once I've gotten through a good part of it, I will be able to get a rough date for the release. It will most likely be over the next couple of months though.
I just want to take this chance to thank you all again for sticking around for season 2. Hopefully, season 3 won't be the big long wait that season 2 has been but I'd rather have it perfect than find mistakes after posting it for all of you to read.
Take care!

I can't believe it's been a month since my last update. My partner and I are in countdown mode at the moment with the baby so I'm not on the computer as much as normal. The baby is due on 26th June but there's no telling really when it will decide to make its appearance so we've been spending the last few weeks getting everything ready and there's still things to do.
However, that doesn't mean I've forgotten all about you or P:A&D! I'm slowly getting through the final drafts of season 2 and it will be ready to air very very soon! I'm hoping that it will be ready for either the end of this month or the start of next month. This time, the season will air like a normal TV show so there will be one episode a week, with a few weeks break in between the middle of the season. The day and break will be confirmed closer to the time.
Hope you're all excited because I'm excited to share P:A&D season 2 with you!

Hi again,
My due date is/was today but there is no sign of this baby coming out any time soon unless the midwives and doctors deem it necessary before 12 days past my due date, which is the 8th July. I can't see this baby coming out on it's own so I'm taking the next couple of weeks to get the house ready, look for a new house since we've decided to move at the last minute and to relax and get ready for sleepless nights.
P:A&D is not on hold. The second half is currently going through the final drafts between myself and my betas - Es and StoryGirl - and I have been spending some of today filling in the blanks in the first half (I put TBA for actors/actresses and for songs when I am unsure of who and what to use and they are usually filled in during the final draft just before airing). This will be aired during the summer months (hope you're getting a better summer than us Brits, who have had a couple of weeks of sun with drought warnings and then weeks of rain with flood warnings!).
I have a few things happening in my personal life linked to the baby so give me a couple of days to sort them out and find out what is going on and I will then get a provisional date for the first episode of season 2. Thank you once again for your patience and for checking in from time to time. I look forward to seeing what you think of P:A&D season 2.

Hi all,
The first half of the season is now ready to be aired and the second half is currently going through the final draft edits. The baby still isn't showing any signs of making an appearance yet but I am being induced on Saturday, unless it decides to come before then. It will mean that I'm a little MIA for the next couple of weeks but when I get a chance, I will be working on the final draft of the second half of the season and then it can be aired as soon as I get back to some sort of routine (whether that's my normal routine or the routine the baby sets me to).
Thanks again for all the patience.

Hey everyone,
I am now a mummy. I had a baby girl on 8th July. It was by c-section, which meant that I was in the hospital for a longer period of time while they made sure that there were no problems after the surgery. We're both back home now and doing well. Kathryn (my little monkey) likes to be up a lot during the night at the moment, which means I'm catching up on my sleep during the day. Hopefully, I'll be in a routine over the next few weeks.
I know there's not much left on the betaing front for season 2 of P:A&D so when I get chances, I will be working on that around my uni work (I still have some essays due in). My OH is offer work two-three days a week so I'm going to be using those days to catch up on my stuff and sleep. WE also have a lot of things to do over the next couple of months for the wedding and by September, everything should be back to some normality.
Thanks for your patience guys and I will be back to normal as soon as possible. At the moment, I'm enjoying some time with my baby but I won't abandon this - I want to complete it just as much as you guys want to see it completed.

Hi all,
I'm currently typing this one handed with a sleeping baby in the other. Due to setbacks a home, it's going to be a little longer to get season 2 out. I'm going to be moving home next week but we dont yet have a place to move to! It means transfering internet will take longer and by the sounds of things we will be without internet for 21 days. By the time I get internet back, I will be getting married and away on my honeymoon.
This does mean that I can give a definite start date though. Season 2 of P:A&D will begin airing on Saturday 22nd September. It will air by 7pm each Saturday night (one episode per week).
I apologise again for the delay and hope there won't be so much of one for season 3. I can't start writing that until the end of September but I definitely have a lot of ideas that I've been jotting down on paper.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi everyone,
You may have noticed that I've ended up posting the last two weeks episodes on Sunday instead of Saturday. This isn't because I've forgotten but because I've just been so busy on the Saturdays and not had a chance to get to my computer. Because of this, I'm changing the date of new episodes to Sundays.
Sorry for all those who look forward to having the whole weekend to read new episodes but I will try to get them up by lunchtime (British time) on Sundays.
