HEY, PEOPLE OF EARTH AND BEYOND! Sorry, the beyond earth part is from me becoming obsessed with Oliver Queen on Smallville... alright, I'll go on task now. Time for another review! It would have been here EARLIER, but my dad surprised me with tickets to a giant football game yesterday, so I couldn't review.
So, here it is now!
Dang, looks like Wyatt's still evil, so nothing happened behind the scenes to save him... not that I'm complaining, no? I love the Chris/Piper scenes, they were my favorite part of Season 6, no matter what, so it's seen that they also have a bond together.
Ok... Herecules!? I can't wait to find out why he's running around the city... even though it happens to be San Francisco... Well, this might be interesting, to say the least.
And then we head to Ebony (Narrows eyes with anger) and Wyatt (sighs dreamily). Looks like their marriage is suffering, isn't it? Good! Wyatt can turn good, and live happily ever after, then! However, the Seer is starting to get me on edge. She's planning something... BUT WHAT?!
I loved the little Prudence/Josh scene, cause they are such a cute couple on here. I think they were my favorite so far... though I have to admit, I thought of Damien/Prudence for a while in Season 1. Just kidding... or am I?
Jaquie is starting to get me curious now. So, the Elders know her? Knowing them and what they do, I don't think that it's going to make Chris happy, that's for sure, considering that they're the Elders and he's... well, he's Chris. Though I did love her one line about 'you never said he was hot'. *Chuckles*
And then the twins show up! I really loved the idea of Paige having twins, and I read any story with her twins as I can, since I think they would be an amazing thing to write about. So, I'm excited to see how the twins will be. I like Haley a lot, and Holly a lot, and I love how Haley doesn't want to be magical. It makes her a very human character, and I love her for that!
The use of thought projection was genius. I love that power, but I can never use it right in my stories... so, I usually give it to another person/witch/demon. But I think it was a really good idea to make Haley responsible for Hercules showing up and killing people. Wonder how she's going to explain that to Paige? I can imagine it now...
I really liked that Wyatt was helping to save them, even though he's evil. THAT MEANS (hopefully) there is still HOPE LEFT! PLEASE LET THERE BE HOPE FOR WYATT! Although, Hercules kicking his evil butt was awesome! One point for thought-projected creation by an eighteen year old, zero for the awesome Twice-Blessed/Source of All Evil.
I also really liked the Jaquie/Chris scene. It was really sweet to me, and I like that the Elders (no matter how many times they screw it up...) tried to help him. Maybe they're trying to make amends? Or maybe not... (thinking that it's most likely the latter of the two...)
I also like that Patricia and the cousins are showing up more than in season 1. I love shows that show all of them (like Angels and Demons), so I love that they are showing up a bit more. After Patience's appearences last time, I am very happy to see Patricia, Haley, and Holly. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of the younger ones, too... maybe Wyatt will kidnap someone! (GASPS!)
But, basicallyl, I thought that it was a good episode, and I can't wait until next week's episode!
It wasn't a funny review as before, but I'm still a bit low-downed from all the soda I drank yesterday... Next's week's will be funnier, don't worry.
